Privacy Policy — El-Wahsh Subway
El-Wahsh Subway ("the Game") is an offline endless-runner game for Android, published by Mostafa Al-Najar ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the Game does — and, more importantly, what it does not do — with your data.
1. Information we collect
The Game does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. There is no account, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising SDK, and no crash reporting. The Game does not request the Android internet permission and runs entirely on your device.
2. Data stored on your device
Your game progress — best distance, best score, banked coins, and number of runs — is saved locally on your device using the Android WebView's built-in local storage. This data:
- never leaves your device,
- is not readable by us or any third party,
- is deleted automatically when you uninstall the Game or clear the app's storage in your device settings.
3. Permissions
The Game requests no runtime permissions (no camera, microphone, location, contacts, or storage access) and has no networking permission.
4. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, since we collect no information at all.
5. Third parties
The Game contains no third-party SDKs, trackers, or advertising networks, and does not share any data with anyone.
6. Changes to this policy
If we ever change the Game in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
